It integrates face recognition, mobile access, video intercom, visitor PINs, key card access, and voice-enabled unlock to manage access across buildings. The system architecture includes cloud servers, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and access control devices (video intercoms, card readers, vehicle readers). Swiftlane’s RentGPT, an AI leasing chatbot, interfaces with property websites to enhance tenant interaction and leasing efficiency. It is pre-trained on property data, allowing immediate deployment and handling of complex inquiries in multiple languages. The system aims to reduce unauthorized access, package theft, and streamline visitor management while providing robust data privacy and security. The mobile access control uses smartphone integration for touch-free unlocking and remote access management.
