Please read before using the site

By entering, browsing, or utilizing any functionality of Find AI List, you enter into a legally binding contract. These terms govern your access to our directory, newsletter, and community modules. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

1. How the Platform Works

Find AI List is an "Intermediary" platform as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Our function is limited to providing a curated directory and facilitating discovery of third-party Artificial Intelligence tools and services.

We do not exercise primary editorial control over user-submitted reviews or third-party tool metadata beyond curation for quality and authenticity. Consequently, we are eligible for "Safe Harbor" protection underSection 79 of the IT Act, provided we comply with the due diligence requirements.

2. User Due Diligence

In accordance with Rule 3 of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, you are prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, or publishing any information that:

Belongs to another person without authorization.

Is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, or defamatory.

Infringes any patent, trademark, or copyright.

Deceives or misleads the addressee about origin.

Contains software viruses or any harmful code.

Threatens the unity, integrity, or security of India.

Utilizes automated scrapers or bots (No-Scrape Policy).

Involves impersonation or identity theft.

3. Intellectual Property

Find AI List IP: All site architecture, curated database structures, "Stacks" design, original editorial content, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Find AI List and its administrators. Unauthorized replication of our directory structure is strictly prohibited.

User Submissions: By posting reviews or submitting tools, you grant Find AI List a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and global license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

API & Scraping Clause

Automated extraction of data ("Scraping") for the purpose of training LLMs or building competing directories is strictly prohibited without a formal Commercial Data Agreement.

4. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian Law, Find AI List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Performance failure or technical bugs in third-party AI tools.
Financial losses incurred through tool subscriptions found on our site.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) during the three months preceding the claim.

5. Legal Governance

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of these terms will be the courts located in New Delhi, India.

6. Compliance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, if you have any complaints regarding content or service violations, please contact our Grievance Officer immediately. We are committed to processing all valid takedown notices or complaints within the statutory timelines.
