Mendable is an AI-powered search and chat assistant designed to provide accurate and contextually relevant answers to customer and employee questions using your technical documentation. It offers a React component and a Vanilla JS component for easy integration, as well as an API to integrate Mendable's ingestion and completion capabilities into existing applications. Mendable employs secure data connectors for integration with Google Drive, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other platforms using OAuth 2.0. It supports SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) and RBAC to ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance. Mendable provides a managed ingestion pipeline via a GUI and API to add, modify, or delete data sources. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified.
