EZdrummer 3 is a drum production software designed for songwriters, offering a comprehensive suite of tools to create realistic and dynamic drum tracks. It features seven full drum kits recorded at Hansa Studios in Berlin by Michael Ilbert, providing diverse sonic palettes. The software includes a fully resizable and scalable interface with an onboard grid editor and step sequencer. The Bandmate feature suggests grooves based on user-imported audio or MIDI riffs, while Tap2Find allows users to find matching grooves by tapping in a rhythm. EZdrummer 3 also provides a comprehensive MIDI library with grooves and fills played by real drummers, organized by song structure parts. The Edit Play Style feature enables real-time groove modifications, and a Song Creator helps turn grooves into complete drum tracks. Percussion instruments can be added to enhance the rhythm section. The software integrates mix-ready presets and extensive MIDI library ensuring ease of use and high-quality output.
