How does the trial work?
When you sign up to Alitu you'll get a 7-day free trial. You'll be able to process up to 2 hours of audio with full access to all features. You can even publish it! If for whatever reason you decide that Alitu isn't for you, you can claim back your subscription within 30 days of your first charge.
How do I cancel? Am I tied into a contract? Can I pause?
Short answer: no contracts (ever), cancel in two clicks (no need to speak to us), and pause for up to 3 months if you need to take a break. We understand that the life of a podcaster is usually a hectic one, not only that but podcasts take breaks! So we never, ever, want to make it difficult for you to cancel or pause your account.
I'm not a 'techie' - will Alitu be too complicated for me?

Does Alitu include podcast hosting?
Yes, finally! This was one of our most requested features. In October 2022 we added podcast hosting as a feature. Available to everyone who uses Alitu, it's completely free up to 1,000 downloads per month. When you outgrow that, it's only $10 for up to 10,000 downloads per month.
